Startups Spreading Wings – The First Startup Internationalisation Bootcamp

Blue Factory Berlin hosted its first Startup Internationalisation Bootcamp on 27 and 28 October 2021. More than 20 selected startups had the chance to meet professionals from the German, Italian, Spanish and French startup ecosystems. Participants got suggestions for their next growth moves, did a lot of networking, and a bit of wine drinking.

Textiles with Purpose

Charlotte Billot is the Co-Founder of Uptrade. The company was founded in 2019 and saves fabric and supports upcycling. Charlotte is an alumna of the Executive Master in Digital Innovation and Entrepreneurial Leadership at ESCP. The programme reinforced her vision to become an entrepreneur. The EMDIEL is an 18 months programme where the cohort travels around different large start-up cities, such as Berlin, Shanghai, San Francisco, London and Paris.

Blue Factory Berlin hosted its first E-Startup Fair on 4 March. ESCP students and alumni had the chance to meet 22 start-ups from five of the currently most aspiring sectors: Digitalization & Technology, Fintech, Sustainability, Food & Foodtech, Consulting & Venture Building. More than 200 students participated in the event and used their chance to learn about open positions and get advice on start-up careers.
