Beating business as usual! Sustainability entrepreneurship pitch event at APX

Students from the Master in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation (MSc) will pitch their business ideas on 10th July 2019 at APX. ESCP Europe students and faculty are invited to join the event.

Eleven student groups from the new Master in Entrepreneurship and Sustainable Innovation (MSc) are working on business ideas dedicated to solving ecological and social challenges. The results of this nine-month process will be presented on 10th July 2019 at the APX Campus. APX is an accelerator and venture capital investor founded by Axel Springer and Porsche.

The students tackle challenges such as waste reduction, access to services such as education or logistics, sustainability consulting, or services for elder people. Starting in November 2018, our students identified overarching sustainability challenges, developed initial solutions and prototypes, and refined these as new value propositions, business models, and business plans.

A jury including start-up and sustainability experts from Berlin, Thomas Schindler (Delodi), Dr. Robert Gerlach (Threebility), Marces William Nitsch (APX)  and  Leo Raoul  (Infarm) will evaluate the pitches and provide professional feedback. The event is moderated by Marie Lucie Linde, associate of the Sustainable Natives.

ESCP Europe students and faculty are invited to join the event for free. Please send an e-mail to Dr. Stephan Schmuck (sschmuck@escpeurope.eu) in case you would like to participate.
