The Jean-Baptiste Say Institute for Entrepreneurship is a thriving entrepreneurship community at ESCP Business School. What unites us is a shared belief that entrepreneurship can be a force for good in society. We foster entrepreneurship in Europe through our impactful and award-winning research. We develop entrepreneurial leaders through our transformational and world-wide recognized teaching. And we empower entrepreneurs through hands-on incubation programmes, and inspiring community events. At the Berlin campus, the Say team consists of 15 people and is growing fast. What we can offer:

At the Jean-Baptiste Say Institute you will be in the perfect environment to further develop your enthusiasm for the themes of entrepreneurship and innovation in teaching, research and practice. Our tasks include the organisation, execution and continuous enhancement of our study programmes and teaching formats. Within our incubator Blue Factory we work closely together with start-ups and enterprises and support entrepreneurial activities and ecosystem development by organizing different types of events and connecting our various stakeholders. It is the explicit intention of this position to pursue a doctorate degree (Dr.  rer pol) in our structured PhD programme. Through individual supervision, we will guide you in developing your own impactful research projects which build on your unique strengths and values. With our research formats you get continuous developmental feedback, you can exchange ideas with colleagues across Europe, and connect and learn from leading scholars around the world. You are able to actively co-create international research and publication projects and work together with colleagues from our campuses in London, Madrid, Paris, Turin and Warsaw.

We are looking for new team members with:

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, team spirit, initiative and communication skills
  • Very good Master’s degree in an economic or social science field
  • Enthusiasm for scientific work, strong analytical and creative skills
  • Very good English skills (working language), German skills are a plus
